Elder Little answered the call of God to Pastor the First Deliverance Church located 2201 N.E. 15^th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in October 1973, upon the inspired recommendation of the then Oklahoma Diocesan, The Honorable Bishop Robert W. McMurray.  At that time, the membership had approximately 35 – 40 members. Bishop Little moved from Chicago, Illinois with his wife, three children and a beloved family pet on December 11, 1973. 

After being in Oklahoma City and pastoring First Deliverance Church for several years the membership began to grow being inspired by the Radio and Outreach Ministries.  The church outgrew the Sanctuary and expansion was made and the Lord continued to bless souls to come and be baptized and receive the Holy Ghost.  The membership was growing so rapidly we were forced to move into a larger facility.

The Greater First Deliverance Temple located at 2101 N. Bryant became our home.  This complex is situated on ten (10) acres and houses a beautiful stained glass sanctuary (seating capacity of 1500) which includes a balcony, nursery, commercial kitchen facilities, office spaces, conference room, audio video recording studio, classrooms (located on the second level) and a spacious multi-purpose room which can be utilized as a Gym or an elegant Banquet Dinning Hall accommodating 1000.
